Our property investment division, Alliance Commercial Investments, LLC, acquires and arranges capital for the acquisition of commercial real estate investment properties within growth markets throughout the Southeast. Our transaction history represents our desire to provide stable, conservative core investments that deliver competitive long term alternatives to traditional equity and bond markets.
Alliance Capital Partners, LLC
Alliance Capital Partners was formed in late 2007 as a vehicle to locate and purchase distressed debt at discounts to par. Its investment focus is buying performing, sub-performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans and CMBS. The company pursues "loan-to-own" opportunities, under which it buys distressed loans with the ultimate goal of taking control of the collateral. The geographic investment footprint for Alliance Capital is the southeast, with a concentration in North and South Carolina.
Stan Laight serves as Alliance Capital Partners' managing member. Laight joined the Alliance Companies in late 2007 after more than 20-years at Wachovia, most recently serving as a Senior Vice
President / Director within the Real Estate Capital Markets Group.
